Thank you for visiting our web site.  This site is primarily intended as a means of communication with our patients and families.  You will find information on hours, how to contact us, services offered and office procedures.  In the forms section you will find age related developmental questionnaires that can be downloaded, printed and completed prior to your child's check-ups.  There is a section offering immunization information. Copies of the age specific handouts you receive in the office are found in the advice section.

New patients:  we are delighted to accept new families expecting their first child into our practice.  We are also able to accept a limited number of transfer patients who are moving into the area from out of town.  Please call 585-381-4848 to schedule a prenatal / adoption conference or new patient physical.
