Hello to all of our patients! Whether fully in-person, hybrid, or online, welcome back to school! With the onset of the new school year, we have some important updates for you! This season of all seasons, we really need to ramp up our use of the patient portal:

• Flu shot clinics will be coming soon! Watch our website or Facebook for updates, we will post when we have opened up our flu clinic days. Scheduling will be via the portal!

• We have started to obtain COVID swabs for testing symptomatic patients here at the office, they will be sent to URMC labs for processing. Negative results and return to school notes will be sent via portal!

If you have created a portal account but are rusty on the username or password you chose, there are “forgot username” and “forgot password” links right on the portal home page (accessed at the bottom of our webpage). If you need further assistance do not hesitate to call the office, we can help you get going!

We have also updated our COVID webpage with a refreshed PPG FAQ and a “COVID Return to School Resources” section, which will be added to in the coming weeks and months.
