Dr. Machiele announces her retirement

It is with great sadness that we announce Dr. Machiele will be retiring this spring. In her own words:

“It has been a pleasure taking care of so many wonderful patients in my 21 years at Panorama Pediatric Group. I have truly been privileged to be a part of your lives, sharing the joys and celebrations, and supporting the more difficult times and struggles. I have had to make the difficult decision to retire from Panorama Pediatric Group as of May 1, 2022. My husband and I will be relocating to Massachusetts to be closer to family and to support my aging father. I will truly miss my days of sharing conversations and interactions with all of you. It is humbling to be a part of your busy lives and I appreciate the trust you have given me to support the physical and mental health of your children and families. As I embark on this next phase of my life, please know how much I will miss each and every one of you, and you will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.”

In anticipation of her departure, we have hired a new physician! Dr. Megan Kazi completed her pediatric training in Rochester and has been working at a busy pediatric practice in Atlanta, Georgia. She and her family are returning to Rochester, and we are thrilled to have her join our group. She comes with the highest recommendations and will be a wonderful addition to our practice. Dr. Machiele’s patients will be able to see any of our providers for their care in the interim between her departure and Dr. Kazi’s arrival.
